We welcome you on a journey into the realm of complex flavors unlocked by way of fermentation. Fermentation is the secret sauce which transforms basic, whole foods into delightful and satisfying treats.
All of our ingredients are locally sourced and minimally processed. We mill our own flour with no grain [part] sifted behind. Our breads highlight traditional Eastern European Rye and unique Whole Wheat sourdoughs.
